While taking advantage of products or services available from Tech Help, we may ask that you provide personal information. For example,

Contact Tech Help with a question or concern
Participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey
Participate in other activities with Tech Help

Sending Tech Help marketing communications

Conducting research, analysis or administering surveys
Sending regular mail and e-mail on behalf of Tech Help
Processing credit card payments
Administering sweepstakes
Data storage and hosting services

The third parties with whom we conduct business are only authorized to use your information to perform the service for which they were
hired. As part of our agreement with them, they are required to follow the privacy guidelines we provide them and to take reasonable
measures to ensure your personal information is secure.

Tech Help may also share your personal information with companies who have referred you to us for goods and services.

From time to time, we may be required to share personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government
investigation, or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in
good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may share certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary
to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves. We may also transfer personal information in the event of a corporate
sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event.

DO I HAVE CHOICES REGARDING THE USE OF MY INFORMATION FOR MARKETING PURPOSES ?
Tech Help is an opt-out organization. Once we receive your information, we may send you marketing communications that contain
valuable offers, promotions and other content. You always have the ability to opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from
Tech Help. Please take one of the following steps to change your status with respect to receiving marketing communications from Tech
Help:

1) Follow the directions on a marketing e-mail or direct mail marketing communication from us. Marketing communications from Tech Help
will tell you how to stop receiving them.

2) Call 1-407-491-6023, request to opt-out of marketing communications and provide your current contact information.

3) Send an e-mail with your current contact information to: calvin@tech-help.info.

OR

4) Send a request with your current contact information to: Tech Help Inc, 1013 North Pine Hills Road, Orlando Florida 32808.

If you send an e-mail or letter request, please include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address and indicate specifically
what type of marketing communication(s) (e.g., e-mail, direct mail and/or phone) you wish to stop receiving. This helps us identify you
correctly in our systems and accurately process your request.

Tech Help will take the appropriate steps to implement your request to opt-out of receiving marketing communications. Please note that
due to production, mailing and system timelines, in order to remove you from our marketing lists, it may take up to;

10 business days for e-mails;
30 calendar days for phone calls; and
Six weeks for direct mail.
Until the change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from us.

Also, please note that even though you may have requested not to receive future marketing communications, you may still receive
business-related communications such as appointment confirmation calls, billing information or other organization-related
communications.  

If you have never provided your personal information and would like to be added to our marketing list, please use the contact information
above.

HOW DOES TECH HELP SECURE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ?

Security
Whether you are receiving services or purchasing products at our location, contacting us via our web site, or having services performed
at your location, we have security measures in place and take reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and
unauthorized access of your personal information under our control. This includes personal information that you provide to us in order to
complete a purchase. Tech Help cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail, and you do so at
your own risk.

Please note: While we are able to protect personal information that is provided to us during the course of business, we cannot take
responsibility for data loss on the products or systems we service. You will need to ensure your data has been removed or backed-up in
order to safeguard this information.

Blogs
When posting information on our Blogs, please use caution when providing any personal data about yourself. This information may be
viewed by others and we recommend that you do not provide your name, address or any other personal information in this area. We will
monitor blog content and make every effort to remove this type of information before posting. However, if you choose to include personal
data in your content, you do so at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for those posts and any consequences that may arise
from the posting of your information.

Remote Access
We offer remote access service to assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues. This process allows a technician to remotely access
your computer to determine the problem and either repair it or provide advice on what options are available to fix the issue. By taking
advantage of this service, you are giving permission to a Tech Help associate to log into your computer which may contain personal
information. Tech Help will only search your computer to determine the cause of the problem and will attempt to limit their interaction with
your files to a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your files, especially those containing personal information, are secure to
prevent any type of data loss or corruption.

DOES TECH HELP USE COOKIES OR OTHER TECHNOLOGIES TO COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT ME ?
A cookie is a small data file that a web site or e-mail may send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive. Our web
sites and e-mails may use cookies to create a more personalized user experience for visitors to our site. Cookies simulate a continuous
connection; they let us "remember" information about your preferences and session.

Tech Help uses a third party to place cookies on your computer to collect non-personally identifiable information. Although our cookies
may contain a unique user ID, they do not collect or store any of your personally identifiable information.

Our web server automatically collects clickstream information such as the address (or URL) of the web site that you came from before
visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site, and any search terms you may have entered
on our site, among other things.

Our web site may also use other technologies to track which pages of our Web sites our visitors view. This anonymous clickstream data
helps us understand how visitors use our web site.

We will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. We are committed to

Because Tech Help will continue to implement new technologies and improve the services and features we provide, this policy is subject
to change. If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here or in other formats for you to review. If
we change our information practices or this Privacy Policy in such a way that your personal information may be used or shared in a
different manner, we will give you the opportunity to opt-out of having your information used or shared in that new manner.
